PHASES

Phase 1 has been sold to major fresh produce suppliers, Gomez for their 160,000 sq ft (14,900 sq m) UK headquarters and automated distribution centre, now fully operational.

Phase 2, comprising approximately 7 acres (2.83 ha) is available now for design build development in unit sizes from 10-110,000 sq ft (930-10,200 sq m)

Future phases will include:

- 43,000 sq ft (4,000 sq m) of additional industrial development
- 60,000 sq ft (5,500 sq m) of offices
- both new build and conversion of existing historic buildings
